Richmond Indiana

Conway, Arkansas
Conway is the 7th largest city of Arkansas with about 65,000. The cost of living index is about 22% below the national average. Good housing is available at a monthly median rent of $1000 which is 37% below the national average.

 Tupelo, Mississippi
With a population of around 39,000, Tupelo is located in Northeast Mississippi. The housing cost in Tupelo is 33% less than the national average cost and the cost of living index is 21% below the national average. Good accommodations are available at a monthly median rent of about $1,100.
