Most students dream of studying in top international universities across the world. At times financial constraints act as obstacles in making this dream a reality. There are numerous scholarship programmes which assist students in their journey of studying abroad.

In laks Scholarship

The Inlaks-Shivadasani Foundation grants this scholarship to exceptionally talented students who aim to study or attain professional training at universities in US, UK, and other European Countries.
Expenses covered by this scholarship include tuition and living expense up to US$ 100,000. If the total expenses exceed the scholarship amount, then the students are required to show   proof that they have the funds to cover the extra expense.
The Foundation has a joint scholarship scheme with Imperial College, London, London School of Oriental and African Studies, Royal College of Art, Cambridge and SciencesPo, Paris, and Cambridge Trust.

Areas of study
All areas of study except for Computer Science, Public Health, Film Animation, Music, business Studies, Engineering, and Medicine are covered under this Foundation scheme.

Scholarship Eligibility
Students applying for this scholarship should be residing, preferably holding an undergraduate degree certificate from a recognised university in India. Candidates admitted to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs can apply for this scholarship. In addition to this, the candidates who are less than 30 years of age on the 1st of July in the year of application and have secured admission in a university at UK, US or Europe are eligible to apply.

Number of seats
There is not any specified number of seats for this scholarship. The board that conducts the interview decides the number of eligible candidates.

Application time
Candidates can apply for this scholarship from January till April 15th of every year.
