1.     Educational Qualification-

For undergraduate courses: 12th with minimum 55% to 60% marks.

For Post Graduate courses: Graduation with minimum 50% to 55% marks.

·        Backlogs acceptable are - 6 backlogs for 3 years degree&

8 backlogs for 4 years degree

Stay back period in Canada:

On opting for a course of 2 or more years, the student is allowed to work in the country for an extended period of 2-3 years after completion of Graduation.

After completion of the 1-year program, the the student is eligible for 1-year post-study work permit.

  Upcoming timelines for the application to be accepted are: January 2021, May 2021, and September 2021.

STUDENT VISA REQUIREMENTS IN CANADA -

The required IELTS score is:

For Under Graduate programs: IELTS with 6.0 bands overall, with no less than 6.0 bands in each module

For Post Graduate programs: IELTS 6.5 bands overall with no less than 6.0 bands in each module.

However, some colleges also accept 5.5 bands in one module and 6.0 bands overall.

Cost of Tuition fee: $ 10000to $17000 P.A (approx. 6-10 lakhs)

The cost of living is: $ 10000 P.A. (approx. 6 lakhs)

Visa Embassy fees: $150 (approx. 8000 INR)

Biomatrix fee is: $85 (approx. 5000 INR)

·       Documents required to apply if dependent is the spouse: Marriage certificate

Other documents needed are Proof of residence, occupation, and funds.

 

·        Steps to follow in order to apply for the student visa:

1.     Apply to the selected University or College for an offer letter.

2.     Then the student needs to pay the first-year tuition fee along with the GIC (Guaranteed Investment Certificate) payment of $ 10200 (approx. 6 lakhs)

3.     The online Visa file can lodge under SDS (Student Direct Stream) and non - SDS depending upon the student requirements.
